Request a room at the end of the corridor for the best views of the harbor. It's a game changer!

24-hour reception, large clean rooms, views of Sydney Harbour Bridge
Check-in delays were absurdly frustrating!!! Insufficient bathroom amenities and a slow-draining tub were annoying. The sound insulation needs serious attention. you can hear everything from the hallway!!!

Amazing views and comfy stay
We had a really nice night here! Check-in was a breeze, and the staff were super friendly. Our room on the 21st floor had an awesome view of Sydney Tower! The bed was super cozy too. The only hiccup was with the bathroom sink—it got my clothes all wet! But the in-room breakfast was a great start to our day.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, especially the spacious room with a stunning harbour view and comfortable bed. Breakfast had good options, but I'd love to see even more variety. I’d definitely choose to stay here again!

The location was solid, close to a bunch of nice spots for food and drinks. The beds? Comfortable like you're lying on a cloud when you hit the pillow after a long day.
It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but what can you expect these days.

Amazing views of the Opera House from the room.
The air conditioning was noisy and hard to control.

I had a comfortable stay in a standard room and enjoyed the lovely views from the balcony while sipping coffee. The sauna and sun terrace were perfect spots to unwind after a long day. My only gripe was that the carpets felt a bit worn, but it didn't take away from my overall experience. 😊

Had a fab time exploring nearby joints like The Vard and Miss Chu—either place will tickle your taste buds! The staff were super friendly and the location's prime for digging into local eats. Plus, the views from the room were a total knockout!
However, the mornings were a bit messy with doors banging and cleaning crews rushing through. Would've liked a proper cooked-to-order breakfast instead of the standard options.
